Job Description
We are seeking a Lecturer to join our academic world immediately / after agreement in part-time or full-time with a focus on Project Management or other specific subjects within your field of expertise such as Design Thinking, Project Simulation, and Strategic Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach primarily the Project Management module or other relevant subjects in your field of expertise.
- Provide support to students with all questions related to the course and prepare them for their future careers.
- Lead practical-oriented lectures and tutorials, using provided learning and teaching materials.
- Create and grade exams.
- Prepare and review teaching materials such as scripts, videos, and slides.
- Contribute to didactic projects and developments.
Requirements
- A relevant academic background in Project Management with a Master's degree, Diploma (University/University of Applied Sciences), or Ph.D.
- Practical experience in the subject you will be teaching.
- Prior experience as a teacher or tutor in academic teaching and creating teaching materials is a plus, but not a must.
- High interest in innovative, digital, and modern education.
- The ability and motivation to learn about advanced topics in Project Management.
- A team-oriented mindset and enjoyment in interacting with students.
- Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form.
